I bet if you’re a Kbeauty lover, you might have seen this brand “elmt” all over Wishtrend’s IG story! But in case you might have not heard about it, here is a little bit of introduction!
What is ELMT?
“Elmt” means Element. Elmt wants to create a “Skincare Unframed”, and they want to go for more innovative formulations as the skincare market out there is starting to get saturated. Their formula and work are driven by a group of researchers. To maximize the effectiveness of their skincare products, they use unique and high quality ingredients like Chinese skullcap extracts, snow fungus, etc.

At Wishtrend.com ! In total, and up to this point, Elmt carries 4 different types of “skin solution” – that’s what they call, but basically for me, I treat most of them as toner!
Wishtrend sent me 2 products to try out!
Ok, what are those?
Before they sent me these products, I had been wondering whether the bottles were made of plastic or not?…..
The answer is GLASS ! A real and heavy jade green glass bottle! So, please, be careful, don’t drop them! The packaging is simple, but it’s still aesthetic enough for you to… take pictures and put it on a corner of your vanity~
Skin Illuminating Solution:
Notable ingredients:
- Niacinamide 10%
- Grape Extract & Pomegranate Extract 51.91%
These fruits are are rich in antioxidants which help to improve skin tone. They add 10% niacinamide to strengthen the skin’s barrier. To simplify, these 3 ingredients work together to control the pH level of the skin, brighten skin complexion, reduce redness and acne.
Skin Activating Solution:
Notable ingredients:
- 14.7% Chinese skullcap extract
- 58% Green tea extract.
Chinese skullcap is known for their anti-inflammatory property, while green tea is best for its anti-oxidant function. So my best guess here is that this product would be great for those who have oily to sensitive skin or even acne prone skin! This product might help to reduce irritation or even skin’s itchiness (my skin sometimes being itchy for no reason….)
