Hello there~ This will be a first post about Celimax’s product.
I bet you have seen this green toner on Instagram, and if you’re having a thought on trying this out…. give it a try! Here are my reviews about the Celimax Noni Toner.
Notable Ingredients:
Morinda Citrifolia Fruit Extract (80.1%) or Noni: belongs to the coffee family. Great for healing irritated area due to its anti-inflammatory effect, anti-bacteria, and it’s also helping with reliefs sun burn.
I did some researches on Noni, and surprisingly to know, Noni has some whitening effect and also triggers collagen production ! Noni is a really great ingredient in skincare, and this toner is a first product containing Noni’s extraction that I’ve used.
Allatonin: skin soothing effect
Rosemary Leaf Oil: it’s an antimicrobial agent. But I mention this small ingredient here because after scanning through the ingredient list, rosemary leaf oil might be a little bit irritated for somebody who has a really sensitive skin.
Texture and Scent:
As you can tell from my picture, this toner is quite watery. It has a really nice green color – don’t worry, this color won’t stain your face !
It has a very pleasant scent to be honest – I will describe this as: a mix of herbal + a slight tea tree scent
What Do I Love About This Product ?
My skin type: oily – but combination sometimes.
- I apply this toner by using a cotton pad. This toner is great for taking off left-over dust, dirty, and nasty stuff that still stuck in your pores. You can see those on your cotton pad! It makes my skin feels fresh and clean.
- Does it make your skin irritated or burn after applying? Nope! Not for me. I haven’t experienced any skin irritation.
- I’ve seen the improvement of my skin while using this toner. A lot brighter, the texture of my skin is a lot smoother, and my acne scar also faded after using for a while.
- However, if you only use this toner to provide moisture for your skin, that might not be enough !
- Extra thing but I want to mention here is that I also use it for the back of my neck. I sometimes have some small little pimples on the back of my neck, and this toner helps to get rid of that!
I really like the Cosrx AHA/BHA toner, and in my opinion, this toner from Celimax works as great as that! That’s why I decided to buy a back up in case I’m running out of toner!
I have been using this toner every single night. That’s how I love thissss.
Just for referencing, I’m using this toner after applying the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid + a gel moisturizer (e.g: Klairs Water Gel Cream) and sometimes serum (e.g: Rovectin LHA treatment)
